MS Red Ribbon Week

Theme: "Tie One On Against Drugs Day"

Apparel: Students may wear  any type of tie or scarf.

Activity: During advisory students will tie red ribbons on trees and cars.

Theme: "Sock it to Drugs Day"

Apparel: Students may wear crazy socks or mix-matched socks.

Activity: During Exploratory Brian Briley a deputy from the County Sheriff's office will visit with students about saying "No" to drugs.

Theme: "Red Day - Plant the Promise"

Apparel: Students may wear red polos and/or red hats.

Activity: During Advisory students will plant tulips

Theme: "Give Drugs the Slip Day"

Apparel: Students may wear slippers for the day

Activity: During Advisory students will do an activity corresponding with drug prevention.

Theme: "I 'Can" Say No to Drugs

Apparel: Students "CAN" wear t-shirts to school

Activity: Bring in a can food item to be donated to the food pantry. The Advisory group that has 100% participation receives a prize.  Also, for everyone who donates a can will receive a can of pop during advisory.
