Title IX Notice
Pursuant to Title IX and the requirements therein for the dissemination
of policy, notice is hereby given that the Nebraska City School
District #111 does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the
educational programs and activities operated by the school district.
This policy extends to admission and to employment of personnel by the
district.
The Superintendent of Schools, is designated as the responsible
employee to investigate any complaint communicated to Nebraska City
School District #111 alleging non-compliance with Title IX or alleging
any actions which would be prohibited by Title IX. The Superintendent
may be contacted with any questions or complaints at the Central
Administrative Office at 215 N 12th St. in Nebraska City or by
telephone at 873-6033.
