Withdrawal and Transfer
WITHDRAWAL AND TRANSFER
The procedure for withdrawal or transferring is as follows:
* Secure authorization withdrawal or transfer notes from your parent/guardian.
* Obtain appropriate forms from the Guidance Office.
* Have the forms filled out by teachers, return all school’s books and property, and make sure all fees are paid.
* Take completed forms to the Principal’s Office for final clearance.
