Northside Children’s Chorus Parents:
We had a wonderful response to our invitation to perform at the Arbor Day Music Festival on April 26th; it looks like 34 of our 36 choir members will participate.
Due to the nature of this event, we will not be able to rehearse at Arbor Lodge prior to our performance, but these children have become very flexible and I’m confident that they will do a great job.
Mr. Pedersen and the Northside staff have also been very flexible in scheduling three rehearsals during lunch/recess time for 1st and 2nd grade choir members.
Here is the schedule for April 26th:
2:40 Parents deliver all 1st and 2nd grade choir members to
Ms. Meredith at Arbor Lodge in their Choir T-Shirts
—plan to meet Ms. Meredith near the front steps of the mansion
(if the meeting place changes, I will contact you again).
--We will line up, warm up, and find a location where we can
watch the other performances.

5:00 Parents Pick-up students—I will take the students back to the drop-off point—please check in with me before taking your child so I can mark them off the list (for safety purposes).
