All students are responsible for obeying state law, policies of the Board of Education, and the rules of the school. No student should bring anything to school that is prohibited by statute, policy or school rule. The administration has the authority to search school property, student property (including cars) and a student themselves when there is reason to believe a student has violated a statute, policy or rule. Lockers and desks are the property of the school district and are made available to students for their convenience. Each student is responsible for the content or security of his or her locker. Lockers should be kept locked at all times when they are not opened for use. Each student is responsible for locking his or her locker after use and no students should reveal the combination to anyone else.
