Through my physical education activities, my goals for students are to:
- Improve competency in motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of physical activities.
- Achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical fitness.
- Develop social skills and self expression.
- Encourage participation in physical activities.
