COMMON APPLICATION FORM - March 2007

PLEASE RETURN TO THE GUIDANCE OFFICE BY THE MARCH 24 DEADLINE.

Enclosed is a listing of several scholarships and the directions of what to do with each scholarship.
Remember to follow the guidelines carefully for each scholarship. Using the word-processor and completing an on-line resume is necessary for most of the scholarships. When filling out any information by hand be sure to use a black or blue pen and write as neatly as possible.

I suggest you use the acronym COPS: check for Capitalization; Overall-appearance of the forms; correct Punctuation; and correct Spelling. Often times applications are omitted just for the lack of neatness.

When submitting any forms to Mrs. Mezger, be sure you have all items completed and neatly stapled. Please present them to me in my office or place them in the brown file box on the desk in the outer office.
