About

Welcome to the ESU 4 Special Education wing. This department, headed by Ellen Stokebrand with support from Katrina Ligouri, is located in Auburn, Nebraska. Services are provided to school districts and communities in the counties of Johnson, Nemaha, Otoe, Pawnee and Richardson.

Special Education services provided include, program supervision, audiological services, school psychological services, speech therapy services and instructional services. Level III programs include Early Childhood (0-6), Multihandicapped (6-21) and Life Skills (18-21).

ESU 4 Special Education:
Learning today for success tomorrow through a commitment to communication, accountability, and leadership.

Early Intervention services coordination is available to families of infants and toddlers with developmental delays in the ESU 4 area. Services Coordinators are  Lori Harring and Rose Petersen.
